WHAT'S AN ADO?

Well after a fairly rubbish few weeks of posting we are back where we belong and back to posting what we do best, i.e lame jokes and bumbling attempts at football predictions, you know you love it.
With no further ado, whatever an ado is, lets get started.

THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE PREVIEW
LIVERPOOL V BARCELONA: It's quite funny how these games, the ones that are a joys to watc are generally the ones that are a nightmare from a betting point of view. Speaking of nightmares Craig Bellamy could be a key player here Barcelona have to attack, Liverpool can break at pace on the counter, lead by quicker than a falying golfball Bellamy This could go anyway results wise, the others market might appeal and I toyed with the idea of the over 2 goals, 2.0 at Stan james. However with the way Barcelona laboured to break Liverpool down in the home league then I would suggest keeping a watching brief.
CHELSEA V PORTO: This one meanwhile does not appeal anywhere near as much to the neutral, but makes good betting sense. The anytime goalscorer market is where you should be looking. First three things to consider, one Peter Cech is in amazing form and the best keeper in the world, Two Khalid Boularouz will return after his shoulder injury and Michael Essien will push into midfield, meaning Chelsea should be in stronger shape and more balanced formation. Three I'm quite mad. That last is possibly why I'm telling you to take two Porto players on the anytime market with 10 per cent stakes. The reason is because the two players Adriano and Quaresma are on great form. When you get 7.2 and 10.0 for two such in form players then you have to take the odds, these are with extrabet. No defence in Europe is unbreakable and it just takes one wonder strike or a mistake for a goal chance to be available. These odds are too big to pass up. The staking plan is a measure of confidence level, 10 per cent of the total 100 per cent you would bet on a sure thing, even if there is no such thing as a sure thing.
LYON V ROMA: Lyon are starting to show an improved sign, while Roma are stuttering away from home, the 1.8 on the home win could be considered good value, but I'm happier taking the over 2.0 goals on 2.3 with ukbetting, again 20 per cent stakes. The over 2.0 goals market tends to be a fifty/fifty split in terms of chance. The reason there being so generous here is last time out this was a nil-nil bore draw, however conditions in Lyon will be much more favourable, the home side have found their goal touch, Roma meanwhile are struggling at the back, the 20 per cent is advised to reflect the over price in the market.
VALENCIA V INTER: If Ukbetting are pricing a game that finished nil-nil last time and had no chances at 2.3 the over 2.0 goals what do you do when you get a game that finished 2-2 and had hatful of chances, and they price it the same. You weigh in more, the 40 per cent bet appeals here as both sides have a wealth of strikers and goals are not in short supply for them.

THE FIZZY LEAGUES: Elsewhere it is a tough call, Hull v Ipswich sees a good home side against a side with a good win at the weekend in a crucial relegation match. Sheff Wed and Plymouth are two sides who seem set for a mid-table finish and interest and motivation are low. Norwich v Derby could be the pick of the championship, both sides have hit scoring form with eight goals between them at the weekend, back on it continuing with the over 2.0 goals at 2.1 Stan James, 10 per cent stakes.
Into League One Blackpool would have been huge value at 1.8 at home to Bournmouth, but the away side have shown a big improvement in recent weeks and the value looks better elsewhere. Doncaster look overpriced at Forest until you consider the horrendous injury list, Forest for their part are as always over-priced at home and this is also one to swerve. The League one bet of the day is Port Vale at home to Cheltenham, 1.83 general. Port Vale have played their way out of trouble in recent weeks and impressed in a 4-2 win over Yeovil at the weekend. They certainly know where the back of the net is while Cheltenham with 13 goals have the lowest away tally in the league. The verdict 30 per cent home win.
League two meanwhile features the loss of Shrewsbury v Wrexham, victim of the weather and Shrewsbury's scarily closeness to the riverbanks, not the best feature of planning ever. In the games that do go ahead Mansfield entertain Chester, Chester have drew their last two, while Mansfield have taken a massive seven points of nine against playoff hopefuls Lincoln, Wycombe and Milton Keynes Dons. Though with just two points between them and Chester's two recent draws this is one to swerve.
The value bet of the day in this and any league, and with a 40 per cent stake on the win/40 per cent stake on the draw, is the double chance on Bristol Rovers at Accrington. The Bristol side are on a high after a local derby success in the Paint Trophy while Accrington are sliding ever closer to the trapdoor of non-league football. Accrington are coming of the back of a performance their manager called the worst in his eight years in charge. Bet365 go 2.8 the away win, 3.2 the draw.

Well that's it for today, good betting day to you all and see you all tommorrow. In the meanwhile what is an ado?
